Job Description
Concentrix Catalyst is the experience, design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent and technology. We combine human0centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst team is seeking an Automation Tester to join our full-time team as a full-time employee. This would require candidates to be onsite in a hybrid office model in Omaha, Nebraska. We are able to do H1b transfer for this position.

  • 7+ years in IT technology testing
  • Expertise in Python scripting to help automate Legacy windows/Unix simulator applications
  • Analyze the business requirements from customers and Design, Develop and Enhance automated test scripts in python
  • Design Automation frameworks and integrate with external automation tools
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of exp with Python scripting- focus on python modules viz.pyautogui, Pywinauto, pytesseract, etc
  • Bash/ TCL scripting is a good skill to have
  • Expertise in various automation frameworks, development life cycle and test life cycle
  • HP ALM or Jira
  • Automation tools like UFT, Eggplant, Selenium, etc
  • Subversion control
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comms
  • Ability to work with different teams and vendors for issues or deliverables
  • Should be able to coordinate with offshore as needed
