Backend Python Developer

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Backend Python Developer for our premier client in Washington, District of Columbia.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
Top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical):

• Python asyncio.
• Python grpc.
• docker.

Top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical):

• Dockers orchestration (kubernetis, swarm).
• Common knowledge about Machine Learning tools like pytorch.
• Unit testing.

Soft Skill requirements (team fit/personality requirements):

• Appreciate diversity.
• Ability to work with other team members and outside of time.

WHAT YOU???LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Main implementation language is python and sometimes java.
• Most services deployed in production and under heavy traffic (about 30 millions requests in 24 hours) as result are helping with prod/qa infrastructure and monitoring systems.
• Use in house developed ASR and we use google, nuance ASRs also.
• Responsible for text-to-speech project, speaker identification, wake up words identification for hands free devices.
• Do pipelines for ML training also.
• Looking for a contractor with who able help to develop production like services, understand infrastructure, help to identify and fix issues.
