Lead Python Developer

The Lead Full Stack Python Developer is responsible for leading the development team to grow and mature our AWS powered SaaS platform. This individual will contribute to the development deliverables, perform code-reviews, system architecture design and mentoring to other developers within the team, with a focus on development quality, scalability and security. He/she/they work with product management, customer success, sales and senior management to ensure the business and technical goals are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Lead development team to deliver new capabilities and improvements to our SaaS platform Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code with strong unit test and debugging skills. Perform code reviews for other developers within the team Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes Work collaboratively with development team to design and architect new features and product improvements with a view to scalability, stability, and security of SaaS platform. Ensure agile software development best practices are followed, to provide predictable and stable product delivery. Lead development team standups and task assignments Working collaboratively with the Product Management team, senior management, and individual developers, to balance business needs while advancing our technical roadmap with a focus on timely results. Research solutions to coding and performance issues

This is a direct hire role in the Raleigh NC area This is a salary plus bonus role with salary up to $120,000 DOE
