Role: Production/ Technical Support

Location: Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX-- 3x/week hybrid schedule

Term: 9-month Contract to hire

Day to Day for this role:

• Help mine data and build out automated tools to mine data.

• Strong in SQL using Python to do a lot of charting.

• Experience working with large data sets; ie they could be working with 40 million different accounts which would mean 500 million rows. Clusters are Unix.

The critical skills needed are:

• Python - for developed process (not developing applications) - Must have 3+ years of experience.
• SQL - 3+ years experience
• Unix - 3+ years
• Data Miners who can use Python for developing processes, SQL, and Unix.
• Data modeling experience
• Execute production controls for data quality across all models and automate and improve existing control processes
• Expand automation of controls to change testing
• Candidate should have experience with large data sets, python, sql, shell scripting, unix/linux, and Teradata preferred
• Python, SQL
