Description:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Large Data Sets and be an experienced programmer using Python and open source code development. This person will join the Model Implementation team supporting PNC ALM and Finance LOBs in multiple capacities including stress testing, loss forecasting, end to end process improvement for a multi-generational CCAR and CECL modeling, statistical analysis and reporting initiatives. In addition, now that CCAR and CECL are live, the team has shifted focus to migrate SAS built models over to Python. Skills needed in this role include, but are not limited to: - Programming experience with Python/R/ SAS/ Java is required – Python would be the preferred out of them - Eye for data – large data sets - Ability to work under pressure - Leadership Qualities - Comfortable in front of high level executives - Agile project experience a strongly preferred - Accounting and/ or Finance background preferred. - Working on complex IT projects in large organizations required - Well versed in process analysis, requirements elicitation, designing To-Be system - Well versed in QA coordination required Education Desired - Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics degrees. Locations - Pittsburgh, PA or Overland Park, Kansas.
