About the Role:

Title: Python System Engineer (Python Automation)

Location: Denver, CO (80211) - Hybrid

Duration: Full Time Employment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scripting and automation tasks as they pertain to periodic metrics gathering for reports
• Responsible for automation of infrastructure tasks to reduce repetitive or time-consuming processes utilizing SRE principles and practices and an infrastructure as code methodology
• Must have the ability to gather data from various sources to create ad hoc, proactive, and custom reports as well as recurring dashboards
• Develop scalable real-time low-latency processing solutions in an agile delivery method
• Lead and guide the team in design, code, and implement new algorithms to solve complex problems
• Develop solutions using available tools and technologies and assist the global team in problem resolution by hands-on participation
• Engage technical workshops with cross-vertical Technology partners for cross-vertical integration in software development
• Position will require shift-based work hours. Including, but not limited to, weekend and after hour shifts

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Hands on experience with Python automation
• Storage/SAN/Backup administration experience and automation background

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is between $100K - $120K per year with additional annual bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
